2009 Season a Huge Success Print

Canberra City topped off a mighty 2009 season with the announcement at Capital Football's Presentation Night that

City's first grade coach Pat Caggiano was awarded 2009 Mens Premier League Coach of the Year.

Adding to this great recognition was City's striker Pat Ross-Magee who took out the ACT Mens Player of the Year and

towering defender James Perry named in third spot in the top five best players in ACT's Premier League.

With both players pledging their allegiance to City's 2010 campaign and most of the remaining 2009 squad keen to pull

on the 'yellow submarines' shirt, and with the backing of Gungahlin United FC on the junior front, 2010 looks like a season

to get excited about.
